Develops a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. Oversees all facets of program compliance and company policy. Plans and develops systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the departments. Supervises and trains staff in accordance with program compliance, company policies and procedures.
Oversees the General 会计, Financial Reporting and Human Resource functions. Responsible for implementing and maintaining a system of internal controls that ensures company assets are adequately safeguarded and that all financial reporting is prepared in compliance with all financial policies and program requirements.
Oversees and manages the day to day operations of the residential housing portfolio. Responsible for resident relations, accounts receivable, 违反租赁, 拆迁, 检查, vacancies and move-ins. Works with 维护 Managers to expedite work orders, unit turnovers and compliance with all city, state and federal regulations.
Responsible for project oversite from initial bidding to project completion. Oversees his crew and is responsible for maintaining the companies heavy equipment. Certified with Maine DEP, OSHA and DOT his role is to keep the company current in all laws and regulations that effect operations and overall job safety.
Responsible for all facets of the residential maintenance operations. Oversees special projects and all apartment rehabs. Knowledgeable of City, State, and Federal rules and codes. Maintains a trained and motivated team of technicians. Oversees safety training. Works to improve efficiencies and implementation of cost reducing policies and procedures.
